How to care for your Coffeenotes products to keep them looking beautiful
Coffeenotes products are produced as sustainably as possible, with minimum use of ink and glue and no plastic wrapping or laminates.
We use premium quality papers and boards for our covers, but these will mark and scuff with use. We see this as part of their charm but to minimise marking, extra care should be taken when packing products in a bag.
Our notepads are designed to be tear-off products, but the pages and backboards will become detached if they are handled roughly.
Many of our products are hand finished and as such there will be slight variations.

Love them! I have used several of their designs and they are just great: from the iniciatives and brand name to the exquisite quality of the materials.
It is wonderful to hear that you are enjoying the products enough to try several designs! We work hard to ensure the quality of materials matches the sustainability of them, so your feedback on both fronts means the world to our team.
I had brought the stitched notebooks, bundles of 3 grande size for part of a Christmas gift to a friend who loves notebooks and some for myself to use for reflections and notes from a drawing course I am currently doing over 2026.
The covers of these books are great to protect the pages within and so can be taken when out without worrying if they will be damaged. The mix of plain, lined and dotted notebooks covers all my needs and certainly the gift was well received. The small notebooks went into gift swap presents and are just the right size to keep details that are useful to have at hand.
I love the selection of notebooks from Coffeenotes and am likely to buy more from this sustainable, UK company.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. We're thrilled to hear that you and your friend are enjoying our Fruit Stitched Notebooks! Our team works hard to create beautiful and functional products, so it's always rewarding to hear positive feedback. We're glad that the different sizes and types of notebooks are meeting all your needs. Thank you for supporting our sustainable, family-run business. We appreciate you and hope your drawing course goes well this year.
My fiance has been a big fan of these notebooks he loves the doted ones.
That is wonderful to hear! We are so glad the dotted layout is a hit. It is a personal favourite with the team too as it gives the page structure without being too perscriptive.
I love the quality of these products and the unusual ingredients that they contain making us of ‘waste’ materials. However, I felt misled either way the ‘stitched’ notebooks as I had imagined stitched with cord or thread spines for these as my partner hand stitches notebooks. These were a present for him until I received them and realised that they were instead stapled. We both then researched ‘stitched’ and did indeed find that this was not incorrect in modern usage. It may be an idea to clarify that these are ‘stitched’ with staples to avoid confusion or disappointment.
Thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad you love the quality and materials, but we are genuinely sorry for the confusion regarding the binding. As you mentioned, 'saddle stitching' is the technical term for staples as a binding, but we completely understand how this could be misinterpreted as thread sewing. We do include images of the spines to show the stitiching but we will review our product descriptions to make this clearer for future customers.
