Standard Shipping Information
We hand finish every order and aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days. There is a 1-3 day processing time for all orders.
If you need your order urgently or for a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Orders received after 1pm may be processed the next working day.

Delivery Times & Delays
Please note that while Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 items within 2-3 working days and Tracked 24 items the next working day, these are delivery aims and not guaranteed services.
Once we have dispatched your order, the delivery timeframe is in the hands of Royal Mail. Occasionally, due to high volumes or local disruptions, deliveries may take slightly longer than the aim.
Refunds on Shipping Costs: as we dispatch orders promptly in good faith using the selected service, we are unable to refund shipping costs for deliveries that arrive slightly outside of Royal Mail's estimated window, unless the item is declared lost or damaged by the carrier.
